The Trading Shack (TTS) has an amazing group of individuals that brought a wealth of experience together to develop our Ecosphere.
The Board and Management have over 60 years experience in Small, Medium and Corporate level board members/executive management/ owner and Senior Management experience which assisted us in providing solutions that provide tools to assist companies across the board to be more effective and cost efficient!
The variance of personalities and vast interests has assisted us in creating a highly efficient and driven team.
Although the whole team is extremely driven , the “family” aspect has not been lost and each ones contribution is respected , acknowledged and sincere.

Co-Founders
The Trading Shack was founded in 2019 by Adriaan Lotter, David Nelson, William Cox and Werner vd Merwe, with the vision of providing a one stop platform (Ecosphere) for all segments of small to large Enterprises.
Each of the co-Founders brought a very different skillset to the organisation and we believe this is what made the recipe for the great collaboration that existed and hence the formation of the Trading Shack as organisation.
The understanding that each members is a specialist in their field and the rest of the team acknowledges the contribution, respects their decisions in their field is always in the interest of the organisation and finally sees all the actions through is what makes the team a successful one.
The wealth of knowledge provided the foundation and the resultant expansion of the Ecosphere enables the customers to now have a virtual office to conduct business, hold meetings and communicate with existing and potential new clients.
The System has since developed to not just a Virtual Business portal and boasts now with a range of modules that allows for Skills Offerings, Assessments, Development, Recruitment, Social Media, Events and a Media module for advertising, live broadcasting and entertainment.
The team’s vision is clear and evolving to the benefit of our customers..
Server & Network Infrastructure
Organisations like our own are reliant on a sound IT infrastructure and Network.
Our Co-Founder and Director which took charge of this key resource has done a sterling job in getting us to where we are today with the financial resources we could muster.
Financial challenges is standard and a huge constraint in relatively new companies , yet the innovative thinking and stretching of the dollars spent by this team has ensured we had adequate infrastructure and our Hardware and Software requirements are well under control.
Legal & Corporate Governance
The company has an asset in having a Subject Matter Expert on board for this important function.
Corporate Governance is extremely important in todays business environment and here is where our legal advisor takes the reigns in ensuring the necessary documentation and processes are adhered.
The adherence to all necessary Acts for local and Int compliance etc is the key function of our legal department .
Administration
As the saying goes , the job isn’t complete until the paperwork is done. Nothing can be more true and having the keen eye of the only Rose amongst the thorns in the management fold our Admin manager ensures we are always documenting what we do and ensuring our customers documentation is current and stored.
The value that is provided here to our organisation is simply amazing and the entire management respect the effort and time placed here to add value to the business as a whole.
Our Admin manager amazingly is also our creative mind in the organisation and adds her flair to all the Sales /Marketing and promotional material provided.
Africa Region (Agents)
TTS strategy has always been that our interaction with our customers is of paramount importance.
The provision of service is part of our customer pledge and to this end we need representation within certain areas , same time zones etc. to keep these lines of communication on the forefront.
To achieve these goals , TTS has painstakingly gone through a process of “recruiting” agents in regions that align with our common vision and service ethics.
The team that has been mustered is an energetic group of individuals that are all entrepreneurs in their own right , are passionate about our NON STOP BUSINESS philosophy and are passionate about assisting companies in the Ecosphere to grow.
