A Military Professional at heart, spent almost 20 years in the field in Senior Leadership and Command roles.

The move to Commercial for new challenges and focus shift resulted in excess of 20 years’ Experience in Multiple Industry Segments in Strategic and Marketing Management, Programme / Project Management, Change Management, Process Engineering , Organisational Structure and Development and a very enjoyable stint in the Motor Industry with numerous Manufacturers deploying global standards.

Additionally I accredited/Qualified myself as a Genetic Brain Profiler, NLP practitioner, Professional Negotiator and Social Media Strategist and to this end, held memberships/ fellowships and directorship in various organisations and Intl institutes to my credit. The aforementioned also resulted in being utilised as Advisor to the boards of multiple listed companies regarding Technology, Information Technology, Processes and especially “Go-to-Market” Strategies

On a more personal note, I’m a passionate family man, a good communicator and seasoned generalist in all aspects of business. A particular focus is ensuring my team is reaching their full potential and empowering themselves through experience, acquired skills, education and collaboration.

Otherinterests beside participating and supporting sports including Rugby, Martial Arts, Action Cricket and Hockey with my children includes being an internationally accredited Performing Arts (Modelling, Pageant and Talent) Adjudicator and the role as Chairman of an NPO “Young People Care”, formed with my Children, which support various causes and Community projects through fundraising and volunteer work.
